The Village of Martinsburg, Ohio announces a vacancy in the Office of Village Fiscal Officer, a permanent part-time position, and is requesting that interested persons submit their resumes.
Duties include:
1. Being the Clerk of the Village Council, attending all meetings and keeping a record
of proceedings. 2. Keeping accurate statements of all money received and expended. 3. Processing Payroll, preparing and submitting payroll taxes. 4. Assisting with the semi-annual audit of all accounts of the village and cooperate with the Auditor of State as required. 5. Certifying annually the resources available for the Village to the County Budget Commission. 6. Developing the annual budget for all Village accounts in July of each year.
