MOUNT VERNON — Utica’s Abbie Corbett and Mount Vernon’s Niki DiGuilio headline the 2009-10 Central All-District teams, which were announced on Monday night. Both players were selected First Team All-District in their respective divisions, and Corbett was named the Division II Player of the Year after leading Utica to an 18-2 regular-season record.

Three other area girls were selected as Second Team players — Highland’s Kristen Anderson and Utica’s Tamra Londot (Division II), and Danville’s Aubrey Hazen (Division IV). Danville’s Hannah Matheny was the lone area Third Team selection in Division IV.
