GAHANNA — Rays of sunlight were a pleasant sight to the Mid-Buckeye Conference athletes competing in the Division III Central District track and field meet at Gahanna-Lincoln High School on Wednesday night.
The Fredericktown team is leading the girls meet, with 27.5 team points. Ridgedale is second with 32.5 points. East Knox is currently 12th with eight points, and Centerburg has scored two points.
“Some of our better athletes have a shot of going to the state meet,” said head coach Bob Geiger.
Three Freddies advanced to Division III Regional meet.
