MOUNT VERNON — The Mount Vernon boys volleyball team made it look easy in wrapping up another Ohio Capital Conference title.

The Yellow Jackets jumped on visiting Delaware Hayes early and often Thursday, cruising to a 25-15, 25-16, 25-9 victory. The win gave the Jackets at least a share of their fifth straight OCC title.

“I’m very pleased with our effort and the fact we won another OCC title; however, we have two more OCC matches next week and the team really wants to go undefeated in the league again,” said Mount Vernon coach Alan Cassell.
