The Bulldogs (2-0) scored at least one touchdown in every quarter, led off by QB Cody Howard, who scored on a 38-yard touchdown run in the first quarter.

The East Knox defense came up big in the second quarter with a score of its own. With the Bobcats backed up deep in their own territory, the Bulldogs stripped the ball away from the Grandview Heights ballcarrier. Hayden Frazee was on the spot, taking the ball 18 yards for a score and a 13-0 lead. East Knox gave up an interception return from Nick Schopis of 43 yards later in the period, but led at halftime, 13-7.

Logan Whims added to the lead with a 27-yard field goal in the third quarter, and Howard scored on another run, this time from 4 yards out, to take the lead out to 23-7. In the fourth quarter, Dylan Wears finished off a drive with a seven-yard TD run which made it 30-7. A Schopis to Nick Maupin 25-yard touchdown pass was the closest the Bobcats would get the rest of the way.

East Knox will try for 3-0 on Friday, traveling to Bishop Hartley for a 7:30 p.m. start.
