DELAWARE — When the fourth-ranked Mount Vernon Yellow Jackets went to Buckeye Valley High School to face Dublin Scioto in Wednesday’s Division II East Regional semifinal, they knew it wasn’t going to be easy.

They certainly didn’t think they would wind up sweeping the No. 8-ranked Irish, but that was what they managed to do, winning 25-23, 25-12, 25-19.
