No wonder they didn’t indict him without all the evidence and the judge sent it back to be investigated.

If there is a problem within the prosecuter’s office, then lets discuss it rationally and make changes, if necessary, next election if not before.

It is the last resort we have to discover the truth in this matter. Whether or not, there is merit, only further revelations will determine that. Wonder how many others would share in that type of complaint? Evidence not acknowledged I suppose would justify a no meret of a crime would you say? Like no violation for failing to follow no contact orders that the Judge ordered himself & then denied further protection? Like I said interesting & sad! This is our Judicial System>>>WOW!

If she is a Victim yes I am behind her also! However we know where we are & we may know of similar cases, even originating from other counties, so I believe the weight of this will rest on the shoulders on The Justice League Ohio to “follow through” & media that will bring this to public light, to demand laws that hold all accountable that silences the Victims & denies them their rights by Ohio Laws!

Perhaps the Justice League will check a little deeper & find that this type of act has been occurring in other cases that result in further mental abuse to the victims?

Something very horrendous is wrong & by experience it effects all Victims! I believe it can be classified as silencing victims to prevent prosecution. The judge does not issue warrants, he certifies them as legal documents under the law.

Something is wrong in this situation and under the circumstances, should not become a public issue due to the great harm it would bring if the charges were bogus.

Curious to know if the judge looked at them, you would think if they had any proof he would of issued a warrant?
