  1. Squirrely

On my treadmill, elliptical, and weight bench, inside. But, I also do the same thing in the warm weather, except for some outside walking and biking on the trail.

We still go to the Y everyday, so our exercise never has depended on the weather.

Wii and the Wii fit in conjunction with our treadmill and exercise bike. We’ve been walking or pedaling whenever we play regular games like Dr. Mario, although we haven’t quite mastered playing guitar hero while walking! While Wii fit is fun, only one person could play at a time, so it’s a way to spend time together playing games and exercising at the same time. It works while watching movies too!

Pro Fitness USA! They have expanded to double the size and it is open 24/7. Great prices for their grand re-opening special too.

Body Basics is where I have been going to exercise! I use their treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine and so many other machines! I will walk so long as its not freezing outside!

I am using my Wii fit plus and using the stair more where ever possible.

  7. Kat

Still running outside just dressing warmer. The cold weather is no excuse to not continue working out.

I’ve been walking and working out at the Wellness Center at Knox Community Hospital. They have a really nice and clean facility with an Exercise Physiologist on hand during the hours. Check them out, I highly recommend going there to work out this winter – or all year around. They also have a cheap membership too!

Just bundling up and wearing good technical clothing…no cotton! It’s actually not dangerous for the average person to exercise in cold weather.
