i really think there should be a time like day light when buggy’s are aloud on rd’s i don’t think they should be aloud on the major roads i live in an amish community, you can,t see them at dusk or at dark there light’s only flash, and when your going 35 45 what ever the speed you come up on the fast, and the are going like 5 they don’t pay for our roads that the chop to pieces with there wheels then they should keep off they have enough english desperate for money to drive them around, they all have cell phones, they litter more than any of us and they live off the land? they have to get rid of the trash before they get home, and you would have to live with hitting or god forbid killing a hole family who you simply could not see there lights rare not enough. english would be pulled over and given a ticket for driving in the burm or having one little red flashing light. they need to stay off the roads.
