Only then will we see the “whole picture.” As Dr. Ogle stated, “If they had just given it one more day” – I can’t imagine the feeling of lonliness and despair these individuals felt….and I would hope that if any of my family or friends were feeling that kind of despair that I’d be able to be aware, and be able help them in some way.

I attended a few seminars and came away from them with a heavy heart; listening to elitist fools more interested in re-hashing complaints from troubled indiduals so they had new material to write a thesis on abnormal behavior, while offering no solutions to the persons problems. No one wants to deal with conflicts, but at some point, if unchecked, it has disastorous effects. (If you encounter a short circuit, locate it and correct it.)

The local Knox County Mental Health office is nothing but a referral service, usually far away.
