I assume he knows that it is these people via computer access or is he stalking them when they leave their car? LOL

Regardless — this parking issue will never go away — and for that matter — what is downtown to worry about people staying in a spot longer than 2 hours or more? Nothing that is attracting people enough to worry about more parking spaces for sure!!!!
