There are a lot of rentals on Taylor St., so what's the objection? Did Carolyn Studemund move from Bellville to run Fredericktown? (Some people know how she held back Bellville when she was mayor.) When single family owners object to rentals, it sounds like discrimination against those who choose to rent, which is usually due to finances, health, or convenience. Some people like to object and argue over EVERYTHING! Rental income pays taxes too. Crunch the numbers home owners, and get off your pedestals. Where was your money when the property was up for sale?

There is a need for rentals, particularly with the current economic factor, the population is aging, and disabilities are on the rise. What would you prefer to see go in there? Do you want it vacant for Tom to provide a playground for your kids at his expense? Well, Fredericktown, now that you've read my comments you can leave Tom alone for a while and talk about me.
