Commissioners, levy board not eye to eye

MOUNT VERNON — Jim Kousoulas and Carl Miller of the Senior Levy Advisory Board met with the Knox County Commissioners late Monday afternoon about the dispersal of funds collected from the tax levy to benefit seniors.
