every city and county in ohio lateley have been complaining that they are over budget and they all take action by cutting back on law enforcement patrolling the cities or counties they serve. they threaten the hard working tax payer!, for yrs the tax dollars paid thier services just like the fire departments and emt's, now you get a bill when you have a fire or you need an ambulance to take a tax payer thats had a heart attack to the hospital. we pay taxes for these services!.

these agencies are spending money as if its growing on trees and takeing it out on the tax payer when they realize they have screwed up, the very same people that are TO PROTECT AND SERVE are trying to threaten us and steal more of our hard earned dollars which many of us are struggling to servive.

i feel a sheriff, police chief, fire chief,or city manager must have some bussiness degrees to learn how to manage money and work with in a buget!, just like the tax payer. and when they threaten us! they should be removed from office and replaced!, A THREAT! IS A CRIMINAL ACTION AND THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT!. WE MUST STOP THIS CRAP!. take knox county for example, the Gene Davis murder hasnt been solved nor has all the breaking and enterings in the last year!, but they need more money!,LOL!. we as tax payers must stop these wreckless agencies!.

Follow the Richland County story where the budget was cut in half, and they will only have two cars patrolling 500 square miles. Get rid of the fat please, we all know that it is there.
