Taylor has high hopes for GOP

MOUNT VERNON — The economy, jobs and health care were on the minds of just about everyone at the Knox County Republicans' annual Lincoln Day Dinner, Saturday evening at The Dan Emmett Conference Center. Many had high hopes for Republican gains in the November election.

    All democrats do not hate the military. many served in it honorably. And it was a republican Administration that was less than supportive of our troops in Iraq when that action first started. it is sad that Rush Limbaugh needs to spread such obvious and hurtful lies just so he can feel good about himself.

      If he gets his point across, then that is all that matters. After all we have a president who talks about corpsemen. Since he lacks those skills to pronounce that right should we not let him keep his office and let him comment on things?
