MOUNT VERNON — A new cash-for-clunkers program kicked off over the weekend, offering rebates and government incentives to replace aging, inefficient appliances with newer, Energy Star-rated models.

    What on earth is this in aid of. Most appliances are built overseas. How is this going to help anyone at all!!

    How soon can we get rid of these clowns.

    It won’t be as good as the auto cash for clunkers.

    It removed 90 percent of the Obama stickers.
