MOUNT VERNON — Mount Vernon Mayor Richard Mavis said hot mix patch material will be available from the city's suppliers next week, and the permanent filling of potholes will begin.

    If these pot holes are permanent, they why does the same one almost reappear every spring?? I don’t call this a permanent patch, this only
    a yearly patch .. if u r gonna sya it’s permanent then make them that way!!! Examples are the pot hole on the viaduct on the corner heading to Gay St., the 5 corners at Coschocton Rd., Park, and East Chestnut. You see these sames ones every spring along with the one further out Coschocton Rd. make them a permanent fix like you say…If not it’s considered a lie?? Isnt it??
