a yearly patch .. if u r gonna sya it’s permanent then make them that way!!! Examples are the pot hole on the viaduct on the corner heading to Gay St., the 5 corners at Coschocton Rd., Park, and East Chestnut. You see these sames ones every spring along with the one further out Coschocton Rd. make them a permanent fix like you say…If not it’s considered a lie?? Isnt it??
