Is there no end to the money needs at East Knox? They pounded away at the last levy for years until they finally got it passed so they could build a grand new state-of-the-art campus. A lot of the people this affected had no vote on this issue that raised their property taxes substantially because they don't live here full time. (That does NOT mean they are all rich and can afford the increase!) Now here they are back again with their hand out for yet another increase, this time an income tax. Who's still working besides teachers? We cannot afford another tax increase when people are laid off everywhere. If I have to live within my income, why can't the East Knox school system?
