MOUNT VERNON — In her pursuit to show God’s love, Kelly McGough, a student at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, learned that a small act of kindness can go a long way.

    this story really touched my heart…I am so glad to see that the students at the Naz that did this have truly become “their brothers keeper” If our country would get back to these principles and if each church in our community and each community in the US would adopt one family and continue with another family after that one and so on, we could really do wonders to evangelize our own community by showing the grace of Gods love!!!! I even feel this may bring about revival in the nation.

    Yes, because you need God there to tell you to be a good person, or else. What happened to being a good person just for the sake of helping someone?

    The nice thing about this newspaper is they haven’t forgotten to write about those who believe in doing good things for others.

    I think this is Wonderful! If there were more people like this, we would have a much better society to live in. So many in need, not enough willing to give of their time…..
