    There’s no imagination – there’s no direct plan to bring in fresh/new businesses -to provide growth, only to keep existing conditions somewhat stable – there’s no plan other than the same old, same old stuff we’ve seen for decades

    The same exists with the Area Development Foundation. The big difference is, the ADF Director can’t develop his own comprehensive plan, and uses the RPC’s –

    It’s time for new directors for both agencies – unless one enjoys wallowing in stagnation
