There&#039;s no imagination - there&#039;s no direct plan to bring in fresh/new businesses -to provide growth, only to keep existing conditions somewhat stable -  there&#039;s no plan other than the same old, same old stuff we&#039;ve seen for decades

The same exists with the Area Development Foundation.  The big difference is, the ADF Director can&#039;t develop his own comprehensive plan, and uses the RPC&#039;s - 

It&#039;s time for new directors for both agencies - unless one enjoys wallowing in stagnation]]></description>
