MOUNT VERNON — Due to the overwhelming increase in the number of fingerprint, record checks and concealed handgun license applications being handled by the Knox County Sheriff's Office, the payment of those fees has changed.

    so according to the story……the headline is misleading…the fees did not change….only payment meathods…mvt….get yer ? strait…as to excact change….if i give 20 for a fifteen dollar fee i expect 5 back…what kind of business dealing with cash,cant have a drawer to give change out of…its not like theyre afraid of being robbed….or are they?????…mvt….look into the local dmv…..who what where why when the “cashless atm” scam…if the dmv isnt getting a kickback then everyone is being ripped off…..these are PUBLIC SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE STATE AND COUNTY GOVERNMENT!!! we all pay for them
