Read the paper on most of these cases and you will see. One big problem about juries is that the people that are really qualified to sit them opt out. Serving on a jury is something that people should take serious.

Davidson Thu, 22 Apr 2010 16:06:35 +0000 Most of the people entrusted to help the victims of sexual violence seem more interested in listening to the minute details than to actually correcting the problems violent behavior causes. It is as though concilors are afraid that if the problem is corrected, they’ll not have a source of income.

I met a woman lately who was scare to death of her ex-husband, yet didn’t want me to confront him about his behavior. I knew the man was a coward and if I intimidated him as he did her, he would quickly stop. The law must be as pricise as that, that’s all. But the victim, must want it to stop.
