Mr. Benick’s employment history should be investigated, specifically his termination from the Medina County Health Department, before any accusations are made against Murray.

Mr Benick Stay strong and make sure they investigate Dennis Murray. The public should know how he treats his employees. He is not a good example to the community or the board. I think Mr Benick should only be suspended until others are investigated and the public should know all the facts before he is terminated and Mr Murray whom is so dis liked is able to get away with his behavior once again.

Why hasn’t the Mt Vernon News come out with any additional information so the public can make up its own mind as to what is going on in the department? If the information is public,The News certainly has access to more information than it has printed. In addition, you now have two one ex-employee who has made similar statements, and that should be an indication there is more here than what the paper has printed. If there is a systemic failure in the Knox County Board of Health or not, the public needs and must know.

I met with a similar situation. Eventually, after exhausting my various options, I opted to move out of this county. Too many elitists worried more about keeping their jobs than treating people who support them finacially with not one once of compassion or civility. It seems if you start making people happy while associating with them, you become a threat to administrators who never learn how to get along with people. Good luck, Brian. You were put in the middle of a bad situation from the start. Walk away in peace.
