MOUNT VERNON — After a slightly shaky start, Mount Vernon pitcher Robert Kane went the distance for the Yellow Jackets, scattering eight hits to defeat the visiting Big Walnut Golden Eagles, 10-2, in Ohio Capital Conference baseball action on Monday.

    Iwould like to know how good the Mt.Vernon team is and how good is Robert Kane. Does he play another position? Can he hit and field his position? Does anyone know the answer to these questions?
