I have even offered to cut it if he would take money off of rent or buy the lawn mower and gas but he refuses to cut rent cost or get a lawn mower on property so it can be taken care of.

Sad that people can’t make arrangements to have it taken care of if they are not able to.

Also — have seen some city right of ways that need it too — and they should be taken care of without having to make a call to City Hall — but I guess some are too busy to see this!

The high grass is tell tale sign to theives that the house is empty and you don’t care.

If the they are being neglected because they are Senior Citizen and cant do it, as a taxpayer pay into a Senior Levy fund to do chores that include outside maintance give them a call 740-397-2471 just remember you need to be 60 or older for this.
but for the rest of the ownners if it a person or a finanical instution look around clean it up. be for the city has to spend the money to tell you its time to cut your grass..
