MOUNT VERNON — On Friday, Common Pleas Court Judge Otho Eyster sentenced four men and one woman for various felony crimes, according to Knox County Prosecutor John Thatcher.

    six in twenty. do the math here for me.
    5% drunk drivers by the .08 rule(.9 pulled over ish.)
    95% sober (texting or on the cell)
    how many times did this guy drive drunk without killing a
    family of six or something???????????????????????
