I know that a lot of people parked and walked up to the ATM (God forbid Mount Vernonites actually park their cars for a moment, right?), but there still IS pedestrian traffic downtown. I know I’ve used the walk-up ATM quite a few times on Saturday mornings for farmers’ markets. I hope the bank doesn’t care if I walk up to their drive-up ATM.
