In all this time that ole’ Freshwater has put into arguing over his job…… he could already had another one.
The man loves to argue, its his way or the highway, & seriously,……. what parent would ever allow him to teach their child anything now,,, knowing how he really is?
I’m so fed up with all this, I wish he would move to the moon!

Thank goodness the federal judge is keeping control as compared to the referee in the administrative hearing. Maybe that lawsuit will be settled before the school board can officially fire Mr Freshwater.

@Diana – It’s not even the same case. The referee hasn’t put any limits on the termination hearing he’s overseeing. This judge is overseeing the lawsuit that’s been filed in federal court. It appears the federal judges don’t appreciate their time being wasted due to damaging a jury pool or laptops getting drenched without documents on a back-up disk or flat tires (two at that) happening on the way to court.

Shouldn’t the Judge have done that in the first place..No wonder this has gone on so long and cost so much. When Mr Freshwater signed a contract with the School System to teach, he knew the rules. He broke them, now he’s trying to collect on that…what a lesson for our children.
