Weird. I talked to someone at the hearing. They said they never heard anyone say the investigation was done incorrectly. Only what another principal would have done.

Freshwater has very little chance of winning this fight and should have consulted Thomas Jefferson letters and interpetation of the Constitution, which he authored and all the Founding Fathers signed. Even if he should win this case on the local level, their is no chance he will win if this case if it should make it to the U. S. Supreme Court. All the school board asked him to do was take the Bible off his desk and put it out of sight. As an employee of the school board, he violated that request and has no rights under the Constitution to express or imply his religious or political views to his students, or any other students in the school during school hours.
