Davidson Wed, 09 Jun 2010 19:25:13 +0000 It just doesn’t pay to buy old buildings and try to keep them up when the prior owners secured the cheapest contractors to keep it rented. The only good thing about our state eliminating state inspectors is that you could find a lot of ways to cheat on safety regulations without taking people to dinners, or giving away tickets to sporting events.
