I wish we had 1000 more Pullins in the state. There is no accountabilty in the judiciary. They are a loose cannon.

I have never met Mr. Pullins. However, he seems to have more “guts” around this town than most people. I do not take a personal stance on the issues…only want to point-out that there are two sides to every story, and not to make snap judgments about someone.

As I read the article, it was about the recent filing of two requests.

None of the words “arrogant” “egotistical” or “self righteous” appeared in:

I’m at a loss to see where the articles author “forgot” of failed “to get it right.”

If article error, could you please point out which filing and page numbers contain the forgotten material.

Based on sanctions issued for the conduct of other lawyers, I suggest that a suspension for a set term, with a portion stayed upon conditions, would be more appropriate in this case.

The problem with phsych evaluations is with convoluted theories the evaluator subscribes to that become the basis of the convoluted results therein. Not an once of common sense should be an expected result, either.
