This was used in a recent situation whereas the plaintiff’s attorney claimed I failed to answer a domestic claim in a timely matter and also failed to inform my own attorney upon receiving the notice. I asked myself, who are these clowns kidding and from that point on, I decided how to settle the issue using the same political nonsense they attempted to use on me. Just because you think you are educated and no longer have to study facts doesn’t automatically make someone right in their thinking.
