Agreement reached in civil suit

MOUNT VERNON — The civil suit between the Doe family and John Freshwater has come to an agreement, according to a spokesperson for the clerk of courts for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.

    Ed, I don’t wonder who’s pocket the money is coming from, but how much Freshwater has left to setttle with. It can’t be much, and my money is on we hear an appology from Freshwater soon to the student he slandered. David Daubenmire should also be sharing in that settlement to help Freshwater if he has any kind of b@11′s. I’ll bet he just leaves Freshwater hanging after giving his “counseling” to Freshwater on what to do. After reading the history of Mr. “Pass the Salt” from what the judge wrote in his decision on Pass the Salt’s legal appeal, it doesn’t appear that “Pass the Salt” has much ethical committment to either telling the truth or through his actions.
