Ok..lets go straight to the facts. Its apparent ‘Barber was negligent’ in doing his job in the very beginning, ignored the vandalism that this man endured. Crop damage from quads, equipment vandalized, trees poached, animal poaching, property damage, home shot, dog was shot, and it went on and on. As said earlier(which was removed), no doubt he is related to some suspects doing the vandalism. Everyone’s cousin married to someone’s cousin. He has intentionally & unprofessionally handled this job, and then makes blatant humorous comments at the farmers expense on the situation. What an IDIOT.If he had performed his duties, this situation more than likely would not have escalated to such a degree. He ‘must’ shoulder some of the responsibility of this incident knowing he ignored the various complaints of the vandalism. The man only made a mistake in firing the shotgun. Protecting your property is your right. Since the sheriff ignored previous requests for help, the farmer took matters into his own hands.
