Lying for Jesus has its consequences. His former students were abused
physically and mentally. The mental abuse will last them a lifetime. Indoctrinating
his students to not trust science was pure evil.
Every taxpayer should know by now that they are victims of Freshwater and
his gang. They are still being abused.

Yup, when a judge writes “the Court finds the testimony unbelievable” that means he thinks they are lying. The Baloney Detection Kit was functioning on the court that day.

The termination process grinds on. Testimony and evidence presentation is over. Summary briefs from the two sides are due to the referee by August 9, with their replies to the other side’s summaries due by August 16. Then the referee has to consider the evidence and testimony and summaries and come to a recommendation to the Board of Education. Finally the Board must act on the recommendation, whatever it turns out to be.

Is anybody really surprised by this? I believe the Bar should evaluate Hamilton’s past actions in light of the judges decision, and take whatever steps it feels necissary against Hamilton and his license. It’s probably likely the Doe family will not see any of their legal fees paid for by Freshwater, but at least they know they won and in doing so they discredited Freshwater and his attorney. This should also weigh in favor for the school board if its allowed to be considered by the judge as evidence for the school board, but he probably already knows that Freshwater was less than truthfull during his testimony. Both Freshwater and Hamilton should be hurting over this. Again, following Daubenmire advice and example proves once again to be faulty and not within the Christian example many of us were taught. I hope both Freshwater and Dubenmire followers take notice and not listen to their slanted view of Christianity.

So, Freshwater and Hamilton are ordered to pay out $28K as sanctions for not subscribing to the ninth commandment which states”thou shalt not bear false witness”

SO DOES THIS MEAN FRESHWATER AND HAMILTON ARE LYING? IF SO WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE THIS TERMINATION PROCESS?
