Yeah…… hopefully they’ll give more time as requested. About 10 yrs. , so Mt vernon wont have to hear about this nonsense for a while!

This is unfortunately more of the same from the Freshwater camp……….delay tactics and excuses have been prevalent from them. I think if they continue on this road, it is likely that Judge Frost will erupt like Mount Vesuvius. Those who have attended the employment hearing have commented that once they actually were in front of a judge in a real court room and not using the lax rules of the employment hearing, their tactics would become transparent. That, of course, is happening.

This is great, Judge Frost has already essentially said they’ve been lying, now they are forcing him to decide that they are also lazy and incompetent. Go R. and John! When you are digging yourself into a hole, don’t stop digging…get an excavator!
