Find a MADD mother and ask her. And it is also in the public interest that cabs be properly licensed, insured and maintained. a corrected story appears in today’s Mount Vernon News. The DUI charge (amongst others) as not connected to the suspension of Safe Cab. That was over the issue of not having any insurance for a period of time.
