Davidson Wed, 18 Aug 2010 16:12:12 +0000 This whole program has been nothing but a joke as far as I am concerned. All is does is place a stigma on anyone who has a slight problem. It was my experience while checking out various services that there is very little logic applied to help those in need. Nothing is sacrid when those entrusted to help people spend too much time making sure they’re able to survive at the expense of those they are suppose to be helping.
