John made no such comments regarding the Fourth amendment nor did he advocate disregarding the eighth and fourteenth amendments. As to your assertion that you could be the prosecuting attorney without a law degree you are again wrong.

Public Fri, 27 Aug 2010 03:01:54 +0000 It does not supprise me that Mr. John Thatcher would disagree with the 4th. Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, since the 4th. Amendment guarantees the right to anyone charged with a felony crime to a right to council. Therefore, by making his foolish statements, he has also disregarded the 8th. and 14th. Amendments. See… this is why we as a people are losing are Constitutional Rights because of people like Thatcher, whom only care about financial concerns and the hell with everyone else. I could be the prosocuting attorney and even though I don’t have a law degree… because the fix is in,I could have a great conviction record, if I was a person whom did not believe in the Constitution of the United States.
