MOUNT VERNON — Customers at the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles on North Sandusky Street are currently seeing sweeping changes being made to the facility.

    @ Karen….keep dreaming these are state employees. They aren’t required to “serve” the public any more, the public is there to pay their salaries. And……..isn’t it quite odd that at a time of deficits, high unemployment and generally a lousy economic environment that the state has money to spend on renovations? Oh yea, I forgot, it is probably coming from that newly enacted law that allows the state to steal more of your money just because you choose not to renew your driving license and/or vehicle registration when the state has decided for you that you should…..never mind…..silly me.

    Perhaps the staff could get a make-over, too; ie: classes in how to deal with the public in a friendly, informative manner! Just sayin’…….
