It is unfortunate that with all of the safety systems which exist that there will still be an occasional incident. Everything considered, it is remarkable that there as few accidents as there are.

I do not believe that two so-called “accidents” just happen by chance. The Congress should investigate. Please help by posting your approval of this opinion.
