Sit back and wait. Someone will step up and assume your responsibilities. Why should I have to spend my hard earned money to do upkeep on someone else’s property. Don’t take me wrong, I have helped neighbors who have been ill or injured and I have been helped by neighbors when I have been injured. People need to be responsible for there own actions, property, etc.
