Re alleged transgression of a male school teacher.

W H A T I F the nude photo alleged inappropriate were a picture of “David” or art, e.g., http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUZNYDeuoCo

The media, so far, have not mentioned who is the person in the picture.

Parenthetically, I have a photo of four young males (full frontal nudity) on my cell phone.

The photo is neither obscene not art; and were I too send it to an older minor, a wise and well informed parent, LEO or prosecutor would probably not fuss.
