Both counts should be delt with accordingly, with at least a strong suspension to make sure he understands the seriousness of his actions. At this point I don’t believe he appreciates or understands how he abused his position or mocked the court.

I believe an indefinite suspension is overely severe in this case, and I HAVE read the original complaint by the Board + the briefs.
