John Q - seriously - how can one consider a teacher who breaches his contract, is insubordinate to his superiors, injures a child and is caught lying over and over again in Federal Court a "hero"?

Are you kidding me?

Are you one of those "lying for jesus is okay" fundie xians? Where anything goes? Even breaking the law? Over and over? To the point h'es been fined tens of thousands of dollars by the Court?

SERIOUSLY?

LOL, John Q. Public - It's taken a few days but I've finally stopped laughing at your post. John Freshwater a hero? For what, sneaking fairy tails into the science class of a public school? That's funny, good one! You were joking, right?

It sounds like Hamilton and Freshwater are true to the end in blaming their accusers, and not themselves. Trying to pass the blame on others, or saying what happened didn't, always looks bad for the defense. I believe Freshwater will not win this fight and will probably pay dearly for his defense, financially. It was an expensive fight for both parties, but the school board could afford it more and had to fight it if they were to stick to their decisions and not make exceptions in the future. Freshwater pushed the issue further when he could always stop and save himself further financial harm, but didn't. I predict this will be just another step in keeping Church and State separate, as it should be.
