(meaning our court system, not the paper). A man fires a shutgun at a family and gets it reduced to a misdemeanor???? Seems to me when you shoot a gun, diliberately aimed at PEOPLE, your intent is to kill them! what am I missing here? I am hoping this has to be some kind of misprint, I just can’t believe he is obviously back in his community after serving a very short stint, most likely in the county jail?? Therre is something very wrong with this picture. Anyone that can enlighten me?
