		<description><![CDATA[People never imagined anything like 911 would happen either... but it did.
People never thought  hurricane Katrina would almost blow the place off the map... but it did.
Or something as simple as electric going out last winter,  &amp; for some, it was out three weeks, &amp; no heat... but it did.

So dont be too sure a disaster wont happen in mt vernon... it can, &amp; might. Better to be TOO prepared than not enough preparation.]]></description>
