People never thought hurricane Katrina would almost blow the place off the map… but it did.
Or something as simple as electric going out last winter, & for some, it was out three weeks, & no heat… but it did.

So dont be too sure a disaster wont happen in mt vernon… it can, & might. Better to be TOO prepared than not enough preparation.
