This is the exact reason that lawyers and politicians are seen as nothing but crooks with a license. Only when they are, or about to be caught rehanded do they suddenly recuse and what ‘s right. Ohio has the most corrupt legal system in the country, besides New Jersey. The rest of the country classifies Ohioans as “hillbillies”. This is the reason why…because the stupid ones are running the show.

I’m just glad that people are finally waking-up to the state wide practice of “do as I say, not as I do”, by political persons. I wonder, next time Prosecuter Thatcher demands the maxium prison term on a plea bargain will he have any guilt?

Oh for crying out loud – guess the paper was “forced” to write about this, as it hit front page of the Dispatch Saturday……..with far more telling details, too

Peeps at the news – why didn’t you mention at the beginning of the article that Samuel Thatcher is the son of Prosecuting Attorney John Thatcher, so that everyone could fully understand the need for special prosecutors and judge? Yes, the same prosecuting attorney who routinely charges and is responsible for incarcerating many in the community who commit the same acts his son is alleged to have engaged in. I see you glossed over that fact right near the end of the article…….When are you guys going to “grow a set” instead of keeping quiet on issues such as these

Am disgusted with this coverage – it’s a limited as when you covered up the Barber matter.
